Ms. Hodges, I am sad to hear that you are not enjoying your new Maserati Levante. I did speak to all involved and confirmed that you did test drive the vehicle prior to purchase and indicated you liked it at that time. Maserati's are designed and built to have a sporty character which means a suspension system that is set up for spirited driving. It is slightly stiffer and less compliant than a vehicle that is designed for a softer ride. There is a normal and firm suspension setting to allow you to select which suits your driving style best at that moment. If your previous vehicle had a soft suspension setup it may take a little while for you to get used to the change. Your Levante uses air suspension which is what is used by many of the exclusive luxury brands because it allows for a degree of compliance without sacrificing control and handling. I was told that on the day of purchase things seemed to go smoothly and that we made every effort to make your transaction a great experience for you. We strive to provide every client with a great experience and of course we have the highest hopes that clients will love the vehicle they decide on. I certainly hope you will grow to love your Levante over time. Most of our clients that purchase Levante's really enjoy the vehicle for its exceptional handling, sporty exhaust note, and Italian styling. Sometimes a change in vehicle just takes a little time to adjust to its character. I hope that is the case in your circumstance. No one explained anything to me. Pasadena have smooth highways at least the route he took me on. Driving on other highways really exposed the car. Not sure who you are Anthony never spoke with you.

Ms. Hodges, I am the General Manager. I'm sorry we didn't meet when you purchased your Maserati. I understand that roads do vary as far as material and smoothness. With a suspension designed for performance and handling you will feel more on rough roads or roads that are in need of repair. High performance suspension systems are specifically engineered to provide the driver a high level of feedback which is needed for the driver to better control the vehicle at its limits. All Maserati vehicles are designed to be a "drivers" car to provide a very visceral experience. One thing I have heard from other first time Maserati owners is that they like the car more and more the longer they have it. I hope that will be the case for you as well.
