She always greets me with a smile and makes me feel like I'm her most important customer--although I'm certain she makes every customer feel the same way. Eden is exceptionally professional and courteous and, most importantly, she speaks "girl," That is to say, I can explain a problem to her using female lay terms, and she consistently and accurately translates and relays the problem to the mechanic. I have never personally met any of the mechanics but assume they know what they're doing because whatever the issue is when I bring the cart in, is gone when I pick it back up. More
