Purchased a 2023 Macan GTS at the beginning of December 2022 from Rusnak/Pasadena Porsche. Excellent service provided by Jason, made the delivery experience truly special. If you are Asian especially Chinese avoid Rusnak Porsche. I am Chinese man and have been living in Monterey Park for the past thirty five years. my experience here is from few months back and I cannot hold b I am Chinese man and have been living in Monterey Park for the past thirty five years. my experience here is from few months back and I cannot hold back anymore. For the past few years, I have been dreaming about having a Porsche cayenne until I visited Rusnak and my dream halted. When I went to this stupid dealership and after filling out a credit application, the salesperson told me that I could not purchase a Porsche... WHAT??? Apparently, his manager Fred Pourfarzib told him that I am on a Porsche blacklist because I shipped out a Porsche out of the country. Seriously??? I have never owned a Porsche. The salesperson told me Chinese people ship cars to China and they have to be careful. So, what does this have to do with me? These people did not even want to listen to me and basically kicked me out. I was so embarrassed and humiliated in front of other people and my female friend. This dealership is racist against Chinese people. I purchased my Porsche cayenne from Downtown Porsche and the manager Mr. Keni Huang took care of me. If you there ask to see Keni Huang and he will respect you no matter what ethnicity you are. SHAME ON YOU RUSNAK and shame on you Fred Pourfarzib. More

My salesman Ivan N. Was the most unprofessional salesperson I’ve ever worked with and I’m in the business. I inquired about purchasing a vehicle. We discussed numbers through text put 5k down, check credit because just for the store. Ok that’s fine. The manager tells me I can go online and fill out the application no problem. Red flag to my salesman he calls me and say I’ll email you a papercopy fill it out and email it back to me. Your manager just stated I can send it through your secure servers on your website he wants me to send my personal information to his personal email? How absurd is that. I understand pulling credit for me paying cash but then to proceed to tell me one thing then change it up because his commission isn’t aligning up with cash deal, says that I’m paying cash but then proceeds to say after we check your credit I’m gonna send it to a bank to get an approval. I’m paying cash no you are not. A cash deal taking 3 weeks to finalize, technically you don’t release the car until funds have cleared. When I called back and asked if he sent his paper credit application he stated someone was there looking at it and if he doesn’t buy it he has another deposit on it, I bet you they were financing. All in all the salesman gets an F worst salesman I’ve ever worked with shouldn’t even be in the business. More
