Everything was good up until I went to pick up the vehicle. I noticed minor scratches, some glue residue, and the battery wasn’t charged. That response made me question whether the PDI and final inspection had been completed thoroughly. I also felt that the sales representative, Ibeth, rushed the delivery process rather than prioritizing the quality of the handoff. They did redo the detail the next day, and the vehicle looked good afterward, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience leading up to that was frustrating and disappointing. More
