I observed Anthony practice initiative, courtesy - and communication-explains what is happening.. I felt very comfortable talking of my concerns with Volvo at same time learning from him. As compared to previous experience- I felt like I was talking with a patient that we the healthcare worker should understand and repair the problem rather to rely from someone. I thought this was Rusnak ways, however, Anthony redeemed Rusnak’s customer service by showing some of the aforementioned Disney customers service. I like to mention the nice lady that greets you with a smile as soon as you arrived- she too was good. I did include Mr. Cheng for the immediate response with request of service through email. Routine Service - Annual Great service, Anthony offered me a 10% discount which was appreciated as the annual service was quite expensive.
