Finally in a safe car thanks to Rusnak! I had been driving a Fiat for the past couple of years and while I’ve enjoyed parking almost anywhere, I was constantly having issues with the car and I had been driving a Fiat for the past couple of years and while I’ve enjoyed parking almost anywhere, I was constantly having issues with the car and felt extremely unsafe in it. Recently, I began to have a problem with the engine and that was obviously the final straw, as an engine is quite imperative. I made an appointment with Verletta at Rusnak Volvo Pasadena and that is where this happy story really begins. I had taken my car to a dealership closer to my house and was unable to find a safe car that I really liked. I was scared to drive my car to Pasadena at first, in fear that it may stop on the way, but I’m so happy I did. Verletta let me test drive some new Volvo’s and some used and we found the perfect car for me. She understood my financial situation and she worked extremely hard with Meena to find me the best deal possible. They were both extremely kind during the process and felt like family. After finding the car I met with Brandi to sign all of the paperwork. Brandi kept this easy process going and made me feel so comfortable. And then at the end of the day I got to drive off in a Volvo! Talk about feeling safe! Sally the GM was so kind and welcoming throughout the process.
