Easy and complete 10K service It was easy to schedule my service. They performed it without issue. I asked to have the tires rotated, they did this for $20, which seems like a gr It was easy to schedule my service. They performed it without issue. I asked to have the tires rotated, they did this for $20, which seems like a great price. I had commented about intermittent sunroof operation, they diagnosed it and found a bad motor, which was replaced under warranty. The car was completed after they closed for pickup that day, they called me and said that I could get it any time the next day, so I went early in the morning and picked it up. I had told them I was not in a hurry so this was no problem. They communicated clearly, did what I asked and the one task I had to pay for was priced fairly. All good. More

He was friendly, straightforward, very knowledgable and we had a deal quickly. I moved on to the Finance manager, Brandi, who was equally lovely to deal with, and i left Rusnak with exactly the car i wanted and a deal i felt good about. I feel like the dealership experience should be aligned with the brand image, and my buying experience was just as i would imagine for Volvo: simple, sophisticated, and beautiful.
