Oil Leak - quickly diagnosed and repaired Discovered an oil puddle beneath our 2016 XC60. Needless to say, NOT a good thing. Emailed Na'Em Adams, our regular service writer, and sent him a p Discovered an oil puddle beneath our 2016 XC60. Needless to say, NOT a good thing. Emailed Na'Em Adams, our regular service writer, and sent him a photo of the puddle as well as a paper towel showing the color and hue of the offending liquid. Na'em was waiting for me when I arrived and made sure the shuttle ride home as requested, was available. The problem turned out to be a cracked drain plug washer [perhaps the best oil leak problem one can have] and that was quickly repaired, the oil refilled and problem solved. Cannot ask for more than that. Got a phone call from Na'em explaining the repair and was able to pick up the car that afternoon. Almost too easy. Almost. More
