A true five star experience from beginning to end. Big shout out to Ibeth and Alexan (Alex) who were our sales consultants. They helped my wife upgrade her 10 year old commuter to a brand new XC90 Rec Big shout out to Ibeth and Alexan (Alex) who were our sales consultants. They helped my wife upgrade her 10 year old commuter to a brand new XC90 Recharge. They were patient with us as we wanted to physically see and feel a few different trims/configurations and changed our mind a couple times. At no point did we feel pressured or like we weren’t their #1 priority as time ticked by. Ibeth even offered to drive the car to our house to finish the paperwork and configure the car (and drive our trade-in back!) when we realized finalizing the paperwork might run into our kids’ pickup. Amazing! On top of all of that, we feel that we got a great deal on the car (lease). Top notch More
