My only suggestion is that Rusnak needs to have some kind of seating outside, so that those clients who wait for their car to be serviced have someplace to sit while socially distancing. It is shocking to me that this is not the case. During my most recent visit, there were three of us waiting for our cars during the service appointment. I had my own camp chair because I'd experienced the no space to sit situation a few weeks before, but one customer was sitting on the ground against a tree, and another was sitting with his laptop on the curb. I can't imagine Rusnak Volvo wants that situation for it's valued customers! More

I turned my 2017 Volvo S90 in at lease end, got a new 2020. The sales people are friendly and informative. The Sales manager will honestly bend over backwards to accomodate you to get the car you want. The Serv The sales people are friendly and informative. Anthony is a Saint! Our poor Volvo is just not doing well. We find that once Volvo's hit 100K+ miles just go downhill fast! This is my second XC90 and we also have an XC6 Our poor Volvo is just not doing well. We find that once Volvo's hit 100K+ miles just go downhill fast! This is my second XC90 and we also have an XC60. They are so expensive to keep up and a big reason why we may not buy Volvo again, but Anthony has done all he can to keep the car in good shape at a reasonable cost (for Volvo). (We even bought the extended warranty this time and it's amazing the things it does not cover - really Volvo should reevaluate the life of their cars and their warranty coverage, but this does not involve the service center or Anthony.) If it wasn't for Anthony, we would have given up long ago. He is an amazing guy and Volvo is so lucky to have him! Thank you for all that you do, Anthony! You are a bright shining light for Volvo!!!
