I think I arrived for drop off when someone was out at lunch. There was certainly no hurry to get me checked in, and it didn't exactly seem like the folks helping me were used to doing this sort of thing. lunch. I had scheduled and appointment, and everyone behind me seemed to have as well. So the very slow (30 minutes about) check in could have been avoided. I had asked someone for help and he said he'd be right out to help. He came out about 10 minutes later to talk to someone else and told me another 4 or 5 times to give him just a second. Then he disappeared back into his office and I was finally checked in by someone else. Then I was told the shuttle couldn't run. Which is reasonable with covid going on, but I was planning to use it to get home because it was mentioned on the website when I scheduled. Please update your website when you're not offering services. Getting my car at pickup also felt kind of slow (maybe 10 minutes?) Idk. Not really that bad. Whole experience was pretty meh. More
