Work completed on time. No problem! Our new XC60 was in for a recall notice. The service advisor was cordial and expeditious. He called us to let us know all the work was completed which Our new XC60 was in for a recall notice. The service advisor was cordial and expeditious. He called us to let us know all the work was completed which was well before a given time. Pickup was hassle-free, all employees polite and efficient. The only problem we had was scheduling the recall. Upon my first call, I was met with a response that someone would get back to me about scheduling the recall work. I received no call back for two weeks so I needed to call back to set up the appointment. After that, all went well. More
