Why are they still in business? First off, my salesperson... as nice as she was... was basically useless. I had more vehicle knowledge than she did. She added nothing to the experience, since I was handed off to a number of other people during the transaction. And the "certified" used vehicle itself was not fully inspected by the dealership. I found 2 major issues with the car, that should have been address in the certification process. My experience with the service department was perhaps the worse experience I've had with a company in decades. And I've dealt with banks, insurance companies, and AT&T! The one and only bright spot was the nice lady in the finance department. She was personable, knowledgeable, and on top of her game! It's 2020, why do we buy cars in such an antiquated, dated manner? Why can't we simply bypass the dealership, and buy a car completely online? This is my 4th Volvo, and my 2nd purchase from Rusnak. It will be the last time I'll ever buy a car from them again, EVER! More

I made an appointment for recall work to be done on my 2019 Volvo. When I arrived, I was seen immediately—the car seat and steering wheel was covered in plastic and the service advisor had gloves and a ma 2019 Volvo. Even though the dealership has a much smaller staff now, the recall work was done quickly and perfectly. My car was washed, vacuumed and I was done in less than an hour. Very happy with the service.
