Convenient, effective, efficient Got a safety recall notice in the mail. Went online to make an appointment and was able to get the date and time of my preference. The time estimate for the needed repairs was less than 2 hours so I elected to take a good book [Here, There and Everywhere by Geoff Emerck, recording engineer for The Beatles], and a folding chair and I found a quiet sunny place to sit and read, practicing appropriate Wuhan Virus social distancing.. The repairs were accomplished in a timely manner and my car was returned to me freshly washed. Hard to ask for more. BTW this 2019 Volvo is the 12th car my family has purchased from Rusnak: 8 Audis, 2 Jaguars and 2 Volvos. More

We have been servicing our cars at this dealership for years and the service advisors are outstanding. For this particular appointment, our service advisor was Anthony. He clearly explained what was going to be done for the service, walked me through the charges and checked in with me several times throughout the day to describe additional work required and provide me with updates. Because of the current shelter-in-place orders, Rusnak picked up the car from our house and delivered it back when the service was complete. Jeanette is also very helpful and friendly. During this unprecedented health crisis, my car engine turned on. I was in a dilemma. I didn't want to leave my home and did not want to have contact with anyone and I called Anthony. He arranged for me to leave my car at the service, walk away and he made sure that no one touched my car that wasn't wearing gloves and a mask. He also made sure my car got wiped down.
