This was literally the most chill car leasing/purhcase experience i have ever had. Pricing was well in the "fair" bracket that I learned from doing my online research. Melissa Chacon was up front and honest and not at all the usual pushy sales person. Super-helpful and patient. She even called me the next day to follow up. Any Isaac in finance was very patient and was willing to work with me as we finalized the details of the deal. This is my first Audi (coming from a long line of VW's). When it's time to replace my wife's car I will be returning here. 100% would recommend. More

Condescending, horrible communication, the staff doesn’t talk to each other and blames you. Called me to tell me they lowered the price of a car and to come in, then were shocked we were on our way.
