Traveling Home We were traveling home to Indiana from St Louis when my Cadillac Escalade started to have problems. When I call this dealer and told them my problems, We were traveling home to Indiana from St Louis when my Cadillac Escalade started to have problems. When I call this dealer and told them my problems, they responded very quickly! The service guy was very knowledgeable and helpful! We finally made it to Effingham to this service center at 4pm. BTW... they close at 5pm. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful! We have a large family.....so 11 of us walked into the waiting area while the truck was being fixed. The staff offered us water, hot chocolate, a larger room to sit in, and was very kind! After about an hour, the truck was fixed and we were on our way! Thank you so much for helping us even so late in the day!! More

rip off I went there to have my ECM(computer) repaired, had my spark plugs changed which I had already purchased the plugs, and have the turn signals fixed. Charged me 4 hours labor to straighten out bent terminals. Then 4 more hours "diagnosing" it before changing the plugs like I asked in the first place. As far as the signals go, they didn't fix them at all. Said they couldn't find parts in town and told me what their "best guess" as to what the problem was. Which was not right because I had already replaced the part they suggested. Charged me 1 hour labor plus "waste/disposal" fees. What waste and disposal comes from just looking at car but not fixing it? The turn signal work order was separate from the other repairs. More

Fixed Heating problem I contacted dealer about a heater problem. diagnosed as a seal was leaking. Dealer ordered parts. Once parts were in dealer called me. Dealer gave me a new (less than 1000 Miles0 vehicle to drive. I had already made plans ti visit my brother 90 miles from Effingham. Dealer had no problem with the 200 miles. Dealer noticed another leak and ordered a second part. Heater was fixed and is working satisfactorily. A great deal of confidence. This is why I picked this dealer when buying a new car. More
