Wasn't done until 3. Nobody smiled. After paying $769 for new brakes and other minimal services a few days later my brakes are making a worse noise then they were before I brought it in. I called at 10 am on a Saturday and never heard back. The worst customise service I have ever dealt with. More

My Experience I originally took my truck to another repair shop. It sat, untouched, for almost 2 weeks. Finally had it re-towed to Russ Darrow. Best move I made.
