Putting towing mirrors on my truck. Dan Powell was very helpful in getting me set up with the mirrors I wanted for my pickup truck. He called the service dept. and got me a quote for mi Dan Powell was very helpful in getting me set up with the mirrors I wanted for my pickup truck. He called the service dept. and got me a quote for mirrors and installation. Dan even called back the service dept. to question them on quote cause we both thought it was low and the service dept. again gave the same price. The day of the appointment I get a phone call telling me my quote was off and the price I got was just for the mirrors without installation. They worked with me and gave me a discounted price on installation, but I still ended up spending about $225 more then what was quoted. If you do go to Russ Darrow ask for Dan Powell and only Dan Powell, he will help you out to the best of his ability and get you into a vehicle that you want and can afford. More

I entered this dealership last Monday and upon entering the doors I was greeted right away by Richard, who is probably the nicest salesman I had come I entered this dealership last Monday and upon entering the doors I was greeted right away by Richard, who is probably the nicest salesman I had come across in my journey to finding a new vehicle. Even with my credit score not being the best he went above and beyond in finding me the perfect SUV that I was looking for. I was introduced to the Manager Larry who was also very nice. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted besides that I preferred an SUV body type but between each other they found the perfect match for me. we all know that buying a car can be stressful and lengthy but this dealership made it fun and exciting. They played with my 3 year old son during the wait and gave him a juice box :) Even the guy from the bank, Jonathan, was a pleasure to work with. With all of there help I was able to get the vehicle of my dreams and they worked hard at making sure I was able to take it home the same day!! Their Service was spectacular and deserves a 5 star rating, I am happy to tell anyone who asks where I got my vehicle and I will encourage all to go to this dealership. Even when I asked Ray, the guy at the desk closest to the door, where the bathroom was he was a gentleman and walked me there instead of just pointing. Our experience was great! Our sales rep Dan made sure we were well taken care of from being patient, making us laugh, feeding our daughter because she was hungry and frustrated from waiting. He made those long hours feel short. For the life of me I can't remember the managers name(I think it was Scot, if not please forgive me you know who you are) who was also great and took good care of us. He went back several times to get different totals to meet our needs after I changed my mind a few times. You guys rock! Keep up the good work you both know how to keep us coming back! Dan I cant forget to say thanks for finding my bad a%$ 2018 trailhawk!!!! More
