Disgusting I selected one star because I couldn't select zero stars. Poor customer service, they wouldn't make eye contact, one guy was more interested in picki I selected one star because I couldn't select zero stars. Poor customer service, they wouldn't make eye contact, one guy was more interested in picking his scabs than assisting the other lady at the counter with finding recall information- but he at least entertained the idea that there was an active recall on the vehicle, the lady rolled her eyes and kept telling us we were wrong. We were there for a schedule detailing. I guess asking about additional service violates dealership etiquette. Ended up paying about $180 for the detail which constituted of an amoral wipe, a break light failure notification, and a lost/stolen center console change tray. When we asked about the change tray, of course it wasnt in the vehicle to begun with, the guy couldn't be reached who did the detailing, and the break light error was there the whole time. These people are rude and have no business being in customer service. The detailing was a waste- I could have done what they did at the local carshwarsh for $20. I'm so disappointed. More

Car detailing They had my car for almost 8 hours to Detail it. Finally I told them I am going to be there at certain time to pick up it better be ready. I called twice to see when it was going to be done and the guy said whoever was doing it was a perfectionist and he was taking a lot of time to get scratches out. Last time I will take my car there. Should not take almost 8 hrs and windows are not cleaned. Very disappointed. More

2012 Jeep Fire Repair Kate and Tyler we’re awesome with dealing with repairs to my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee do to a fire caused by a recall. I can not say the same for the Kate and Tyler we’re awesome with dealing with repairs to my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee do to a fire caused by a recall. I can not say the same for the customer service given by Jeep, If not for Kate and Tyler this experience would have been terrible. More
Left with uneven tire pressure We had an appt for a recall. Recall taken care of. As husband left dealership the tire pressure light came on. We own a 2018 Grand Cherokee Limited. We had an appt for a recall. Recall taken care of. As husband left dealership the tire pressure light came on. We own a 2018 Grand Cherokee Limited. It indicated that the tire pressure was uneven on all 4 tires. The tech left the tire pressure on the screen. Know that the pressure was off, You would think the tech would adjust the pressure in the tires. Husband called service dept. Once he was home. He was told that the techs don't always have to correct the pressure. REALLY? it takes only a few minutes! After spending $$$ on a new vehicle you would think it would have been taken care of. Russ Darrows service dept hasnt changed!! Reputation is what it is from past experiences and disappointments More
