Took my car in for a noise they had it three weeks picked up car and still same noise they replaced a part but definitely wasn’t the part that needed fix. They never drove the car to even know the noise nor up car and still same noise they replaced a part but definitely wasn’t the part that needed fix. They never drove the car to even know the noise nor double check with customer what they were hearing. A waste of time. Then I’m trying to get back in because car still isn’t fixed and I work two jobs so limited on time ask to come they tell me their tech that was working on my car is done before I can get there. They are telling me I need to stick to same tech for work. This is poor customer service definitely not convenient nor should a customer have to fit the schedule of a tech. I was referred there but I’m telling you I have no idea way because I definitely wouldn’t refer anyone to deal with this. Over a month later same noise same problem and they tell me I need to come in for same tech . I have to say this is crap customer service!!!!!! But don’t worry you guys definitely don’t have much to compete with there and your population is high so you get to be garbage. Then I just get I understand your frustration words are crap action please!!! Do something I don’t care about your words More
