Extremely disappointed We were in desperate need of a vehicle and decided to go to JD Byrider because they were having a promotion $300 down and you drive of the lot. Everyt We were in desperate need of a vehicle and decided to go to JD Byrider because they were having a promotion $300 down and you drive of the lot. Everything went well until August, the car starts jerking, we had just got keys to our car in June. No appointment available for a while. Come September the car leaves us flat causing me to arrive late to work and my fiancé was stuck at her job for an hour. Take it to JD Byrider and tell how unsatisfied I am with the vehicle and the manager Alex had the nerves to tell me in other words that I’m stuck with this vehicle and to add insult to injury we take it there to get serviced and they say there’s nothing with the vehicle but replace the battery with a $25 service fee... No accommodation rude on the phone If I could give it a zero I would More
