Lost over $2000 on trade in, deceptive Was told that my trade in had "frame damage" and they couldn't sell it for full retail so they offered me over $2000 less than it was worth. A couple Was told that my trade in had "frame damage" and they couldn't sell it for full retail so they offered me over $2000 less than it was worth. A couple days later it was listed on their lot for full retail price. They never apologized or responded for their lying, deceptive behavior. The "frame damage" was not listed on the Carfax so there is a good chance they lied. More
