Brought car in for estimate on damage. Asked service guy who didn't have any information. Repairs were totalling 2000. No papers were given to me. The buying experience wasn't great. The finance guy made references to my income and how I should be able to spend more in front of my daughter. Jeff promised me a spare key for the veh The finance guy made references to my income and how I should be able to spend more in front of my daughter. Jeff promised me a spare key for the vehicle. I had to follow up with him a minimum of 5x to get the spare. It took 5 weeks. I was told I didn't need to make an appointment and they could program it. service department was busy and couldn't do it. Made an appointment for a week later. When I returned to get it done, we were told they needed to order a new spare because they had messed up the VIN assignment to the key. So it's now been 6 weeks and we are hoping to get it done next week. On top of that, the air conditioning compressor has gone out on the vehicle. Waiting on the part now. Yesterdays appointment to fix the AC and get the key programmed was a bust. Neither happened and we are waiting to schedule another appointment once the parts and new key comes in. More
This was only time acceptable for my maintenance as far as time. The service advisor is wonderful past 2 times. Can't understand tech on video which also constantly cuts out on information. Easy, fairly quick service, kept me updated. A sign that the service garage was not usable both ways would have been nice, like a heads up on where best to pull up for my service.
