Well, first off I should have been told the sales team was in a trailer. Second, the car was not ready when I arrived - I waited for 10-15 minutes for them to find it. I asked for photos of the outside rust or damages. The photo did not include the damage, found out when I got there. They send photos for one side of the car, leaving the damaged side out. Shifty sales. Test drive was fine. Things need to be fixed before I can pick-up the car - which was supposed to be yesterday or today. No update from the dealership... AND I said I wanted to negotiate the price. Sales person filled out some paperwork, asked me to sign. And I said I wanted to talk to John and he said, "yes - John go through that with you next". WRONG. I was left in a room, called when the paperwork was already put through and ready to sign. I told that to the financer. She said we would have to start the paperwork all over because she wasn't aware of any negotiations happening. John conveniently shows up when I am walking out after signing something I wasn't happy with. He knew that was underhanded and acted like it was a surprise. I was so tired and beyond and the dealership was closing. I bought the car. But I feel like I was shoved through a sale. And I don't know why you keep asking me to rate Angela David. I have no idea who that is. More
I would rate it more highly if possible. When I called, I expected our car would be there multiple days. I contacted a rental agency about getting a car. I also expected it would cost us over one thousand dollars. Instead, they got it in and evaluated quickly. I picked up the car before the close of business the same day and for less than $550. Overall, my experience was fast, cost-effective, and highly satisfactory. My wife just left for work in her car, something I wouldn't have thought possible yesterday morning. I'm grateful to the staff that got us in, procured parts, and did the work. Great job! More
1=poor Upon purchasing a used vehicle we were told by our sales person Melissa that we would get a second key fob which we did about 10 days later. We were also told that we would receive an owners manual for the car. After checking back several times we were told the best thay could do is print one out on sheet paper. Wasnt going to receive a real owners manual so it cost me $25 to order one from ebay. I was also told I would receive a bottle of touch up paint which I have not gotten yet and have been told 'I'll check on it. Guessing I will never see it. Finally upon driving the car home from the dealership in a snow storm, we found out the washer fluid was empty. I had it in for service to get the new key fob programed and again the empty washer fluid sneaked past the 32 point inspection. Less than impressed with the followup after the sale. More
