I'd like to add on to this--mistakes happen, full stop. What matters is how people and organizations respond to them, and that is where this dealership is really outstanding: excellent people with top notch customer-focused skills. There's another Kia dealership close to my work that would be more convenient for me to use but I have no intention of going elsewhere, largely due to Katilyn Stehr. Whatever you are paying her, it probably should be more..

Not really comfortable with my Tesla Melissa told me my car charger worked it didn't. Replace low voltage battery light came on and she said they replaced it and come to find out they had the wrong battery More
