Very comfortable waiting area and the treats and coffee are always replenished. My criticism is that sometimes it just seems like the service department misses on little things. This time when I got in my car, the passenger seat was laid flat. Not sure why it was flat to begin with but it should have been placed in the upright position after whatever service was required on the passenger side of the interior. More
STAY AWAY! I went to Darrow Mazda of Milwaukee to test drive a 2021 Chrysler Pacific listed on their website for a cash price of $15,995. I was interested enoug I went to Darrow Mazda of Milwaukee to test drive a 2021 Chrysler Pacific listed on their website for a cash price of $15,995. I was interested enough to have them do the paperwork but was shocked to find that their "cash price" when totaled (without sales tax, wheel tax etc.) was now over $20K. I was told that "to get the cash price I had to agree to buy additional dealer added services (seat conditioners etc. and various other nonsense) that totaled $4,000. I have purchased many cars over the years and never have I seen such a bait and switch and overall misleading and deceptive practices. I was deeply disappointed in this dealer and will never return to a Darrow lot. More

Professional work, although in two days they diagnosed my problem but the $2000 part they installed didn't fix my car. From the waiting area, I observed my vehicle leave the body shop and park in a parking spot. About 30 minutes later I went to go ask staff of the vehicle status. Staff informed they were caught up in anot body shop and park in a parking spot. About 30 minutes later I went to go ask staff of the vehicle status. Staff informed they were caught up in another customer but my vehicle had been completed. There were plenty of other staff that could have informed me my vehicle was done without me sitting and waiting for over 30 minutes. I was disappointed in the service and I needed to be at work. More
