The customer service was bot inviting. The lady taking my money didn't even speak to me. The guy that did my intake just left the bill and my keys at the desk. When I arrived at Russ Darrow Mazda, it was very busy. I was helped right away. I had 3 recalls and an oil change that needed to be performed on my car. I received notification of the completion of my oil change within the hour. I then texted and asked if my car was ready for pick up and did not receive a response. I called an hour later and was told it would be another hour or hour and half to fix the recalls. I then did not hear anything for hours. I called again at 5:30 because I knew the shop would be closing. I asked if the car was ready and was told it was and I had been texted and called. When I said I received no notification it was checked on and the message was never sent. I dropped my car off at 9:45 and didn’t get it back until 6:00. Both times I received an update on progress were because I called the dealer. They did not contact me except for the completion of the oil change. I have gotten all my prior work done at Russ Darrow and have not had these issues. More
