Poor customer service. Pointless to make an appointment. Did not tell me that service was priority based despite appointment. So I had a service coupon from Mazda for free oil change etc. and the person taking my appointment argued that I would have to pay for service. He was wrong but he wouldn’t admit it. Customer in his world i etc. and the person taking my appointment argued that I would have to pay for service. He was wrong but he wouldn’t admit it. Customer in his world is not right. Very poor treatment of the customer. Part of the service was a car wash. This was not done so I had to ask for it. More
