Very disappointed in the level of pricing transparency. I asked how much an oil change was and was told $79 (or something close). After getting the bill I see an additional $11.99 charge for "shop supply r I asked how much an oil change was and was told $79 (or something close). After getting the bill I see an additional $11.99 charge for "shop supply recovery." This charge was NOT disclosed up front. Clearly it's not an *optional* charge. Pretty sure I couldn't have declined it and still got the oil change. If it's required, then it should be included in the total price when asked. More

Our appointment was for 6:00. There was one of the finance guys that was got sick that day so we waited our turn. Staff was sorry and very appologetic regarding. Kyle was great went above and beyond to make sure we comfortable and ok. My daughter wanted to test drive a CX 90 when we were waiting for our new car and Kyle made it happen.
