Andy is great, and Andrew is great too. However, I am not satisfied with the short CPO warranty. Also, it would also be nice to have a greater variety of canned drinks and snacks available. When I brought my concerns to the used sales manager (dan) and have called him twice with no response. HORRIBLE dealership. More
I have been getting my Mazda serviced here for about 3 years. Have always been happy with the dealership until this time for three reasons. #1 Diagnostic appointment was $100. I feel that all of this ch years. Have always been happy with the dealership until this time for three reasons. #1 Diagnostic appointment was $100. I feel that all of this charge or at a minimum half of it should be applied to the service needed if done at the dealership, especially when what is needed is over $1200. #2 My car needed new front struts, which also requires a wheel alignment. However the video I received from the mechanic stating the car was ready except for the test drive did not mention that a wheel alignment had been done. I went to Josh to question this & when he checked with the mechanic the wheel alignment was not done. If I had not Googled what is needed when replacing front struts, I would not have known to ask, & it would have been missed, because apparently wheel alignment was not on the work order. Not safe!! #3 The next day the tire light went on in my car. I checked, & all 4 tires were at 28 pounds (should be at 36). I recently returned from a long period with family & car had sat in garage during that time. I thought that all service appointments included a basic checklist, i.e. fluids, lights, tires, but maybe not. Always happy with service previously, but not this time! More
We had a great experience with our salesman, Kyle! He did great with assisting us throughout our purchase of the vehicle, test driving & working with us! I had a positive experience with the sales but unfortunately was not as pleased with the condition of my car after the purchase. We were told at the dealership that an active safety recall on the car had been taken care of when purchasing and ended up needing to take the car back in a day after purchasing it to have the recall fixed and have a few minor things looked at that we noticed. We did get a car wash before driving off the lot but the interior was dirty and not detailed or vacuumed. I am happy with the purchase & my overall experience but wish it was in a little better condition driving off the lot! More
