Excellent customers service, they proactively let me know about a warranty and quickly performed service. The loaner rental was easy as could be. On the other hand they failed to complete my requested additi about a warranty and quickly performed service. The loaner rental was easy as could be. My service sheet also called out a car wash was performed which was not done, writing that something was done that was clearly not done damages trust. I also had to call on Monday to verify if service was done and it turned out to have been complete days before. More

I was able to easily schedule my appointment online and when I pulled up to the service area, they were immediately ready to take my car back. I had to wait and they said it would be an hour and they actua when I pulled up to the service area, they were immediately ready to take my car back.
