Lack of Integrity I made numerous calls to dealerships and Russ Darrow Dodge Milwaukee offered me 19k for a tradein of my vehicle. It’s a two hour drive and I called j I made numerous calls to dealerships and Russ Darrow Dodge Milwaukee offered me 19k for a tradein of my vehicle. It’s a two hour drive and I called just before leaving to confirm the number. After confirming it, I drove to the dealership only to have the number turn to 13k. I was advised that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my trade in but now I was shown how the vehicle only sells for 17k. So how did they come up with 19k? I was then told by the manager Eric that I should not believe anything any of the employees of Russ Darrow Dodge tell me. I have made numerous attempts through the dealership and Russ Darrow Auto group to contact upper management to reslove this issue. After 10 days of no call backs, I beginning to think this is a Russ Darrow Auto Group issue and will be leaving feedback accordingly. To add...... after being low balled on the price of my trade after a two hour drive to this dealership, I was not in a handshaking mood. This obviously hurt Eric’s ego. I attempted to leave but Eric still had one of my key FOBs. I came back inside and asked Zakk to locate my key fob and also for a business card for the GM. He made contact with Eric who had his back turned to me. Eric started talking negatively about me, a customer, and refused to give me a business card for the GM. I did call him out for talking crap. He advised me that I was disrespectful for not shaking his hand. Russ Darrow, I was disrespected by your lies and my time was not respected. How will you rectify this situation? I have made about 7 calls/complaints with no call back. More

Went to look at some used cars but found out the 3 cars had alot of work that would need to be done I was v I did not plan on getting another new car.
