One of their finance people shuffled papers around for 45 minutes in front of us so that she didn't have to do the 15 minutes of work for a cash buyer between her "appointments." What should have been a 30 minute process turned into almost two hours. When we got the car home, there was an alert on the seatbelt, the headlights, and the windshield washer wouldn't work. A conversation with the manager led to him telling me cars are sold "as is." Kenney set up an appointment for my car to be serviced under warranty at the RDarrow Nissan dealership. They were all helpful. Funny thing: according to their sister dealership, Russ Darrow Jeep/Dodge should have fixed the seatbelt and windshield washer issues since they are required safety features. Moral of the story: if you're buying from Russ Darrow Jeep/Dodge, deal with Kenney, check EVERY function on your car, and don't anticipate management helping you with any problems. More
Bought a jeep with my toddler in tow, during the night time & also during a snow storm. Everything seemed great, bought the car, drove it home. When I woke up in the morning I noticed a small dent that I didn't see when I looked at the car (again, night time and snowstorm). I called the dealership and they said "well of course we knew it was there, we just didn't disclose it because if we disclosed that in the description of the vehicle, nobody would want to come and look at it." This was said by Tyler- the general manager of the place. I was shocked. Tyler- said there was absolutely nothing he could do. I again asked him if he knew the dent was there and he said yes. I asked why nobody told me about it, and he said "we wouldn't tell you unless you asked". Again I bought this car during a SNOW STORM AND NIGHT TIME with a 3 year old with me. How would I have noticed? Honestly I cannot believe this experience. Terrible customer service from Tyler. I’ll never use Russ Darrow again. Such a shame because if this happened at any other dealership, I know for a fact they would offer to help fix it, or at least try and make it right. Tyler also told me if I wanted no issues with the car; then I should’ve spent more money and bought a new car. I bought a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee limited with 15k miles on it. Not sure why Tyler couldn’t offer any type of solution. I’m super bummed I drove all the way from the lake country area to purchase this vehicle. I’ll be using a more local dealership for our next jeep purchase. More

The maintenance department is always wonderful once we get an appointment. We tried, clerical was busy and promised a call back. A week later we called again, got a gentleman and the appointment was quick get an appointment. We tried, clerical was busy and promised a call back.
