Salesman who didn't know squat, super high pressure sales manager,(not to mention downright rude to my wife after the sale) and unwilling to repair auto defects. Service Disappointment. I had a appointment for an oil change. I pulled into the garage. No one greeted me or even made eye contact. I approached a booth and the older gentleman stated that there was 4 people ahead of me. I reminded him i had an 4pm appointment. He shrugged his shoulders. 2 hours later... the service was done. The young man open the door and pointed to the car" you are all set!" making me walk across the lot in below zero weather. The car had a musty smell and the steering wheel had an oil substance on it. I felt like the staff was cold and not very friendly. Not a way to treat someone that bought an $ 30,000.00 car. off your lot. More
