Bad experience. I've done business with other Darrow dealerships and thought very highly of them. This Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram dealership is, however, the absolute I've done business with other Darrow dealerships and thought very highly of them. This Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram dealership is, however, the absolute worst dealership of any kind I've ever dealt with. Salesman who didn't know squat, super high pressure sales manager,(not to mention downright rude to my wife after the sale) and unwilling to repair auto defects. Looking for a great buying experience? Look somewhere other than Russ Darrow Chrysler of Milwaukee. P.S. This isn't our first rodeo. Wife and I are both 70!! More

Service Disappointment. I had a appointment for an oil change. I pulled into the garage. No one greeted me or even made eye contact. I jumped out the vehicle and approached a I had a appointment for an oil change. I pulled into the garage. No one greeted me or even made eye contact. I jumped out the vehicle and approached a young lady at a desk. She pointed to the right and said"one of those guys can help you!" I approached a booth and the older gentleman stated that there was 4 people ahead of me. I reminded him i had an 4pm appointment. He shrugged his shoulders. 2 hours later... the service was done. The young man open the door and pointed to the car" you are all set!" making me walk across the lot in below zero weather. The car had a musty smell and the steering wheel had an oil substance on it. I felt like the staff was cold and not very friendly. Not a way to treat someone that bought an $ 30,000.00 car. off your lot. More
