Recently visited Mazda Milwaukee after having a less than pleasant experience with Russ Darrow's Greenfield location. The team here is phenomenal!! Having less than perfect credit tends to put a damper on things and nobody likes to sit around for hours on end waiting for an approval that may never come, but Kurt made the whole visit very enjoyable. It was very refreshing to deal with people who actually listen to what you're looking for to make their customer happy. Instead the staff (salesman Darren and manager Adam) made magic happen! They worked to get us everything we needed within our budget, never pushed us, were completely transparent during the whole process, and got everything done quickly! Nothing annoys us more than going to a dealership where the salesman has to go back and forth to the manager’s office to have private conversations about what deal they’ll do - This is not even close to what you’ll get here! The manager sits at the front desk in the open and discussed everything WITH us to be sure we all knew what was happening. We love Mazda but this specific dealership as well as the awesome staff is the reason we will be customers for life. Can’t say thank you enough!! More

Not at all satisfied with the service. Waited there for around 4 hrs. Said apr 6% and lastly gave 9%. Was exhausted to talk. Couldnt argue after waiting for more than 4 hrs after deal. If you want to be ignored and never receive return calls when trying to resolve outstanding issues - come to Russ Darrow. I cannot believe how anyone would give this dealership 5 stars.
