First Mazda Purchase! My five star rating began when I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by someone who I at first was just a customer asking how my day was but it My five star rating began when I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by someone who I at first was just a customer asking how my day was but it turned out it was a salesman on my current vehicle. I was there to take a test drive of the suv I was interested and Timothy was able to help me out with that. He was respectful and did not pressure me into purchasing right away. He was patient and respected me when I said I needed time to think of what I wanted to do and he said he will call me to check on me once and as he did I said I was leaving for vacation but would call him upon my return as I knew I wanted to pursue a purchase. The day of purchase went very smoothly from all aspects and it was a great experience from figuring out what trim worked for me to actually taking the time to go through the details before I left the lot. Definitely a great experience!! More
