The poor woman handling the transaction wasn’t able to because she had to answer nonstop phone calls. The gas tank was on E for the test drive. Apparently choosing not to finance means you’re supposed to pay more. Ha! That was the reason the price couldn’t come down. The fact that I will not be utilizing any of the future services provided with the purchase of a vehicle is not applicable when negotiating price because sales and services are not related. Thanks for the half tank of gas. Laughable. And, what the xxxx is that wax residue splashed on the windshield? It wasn’t visible until trying to drive at night. I had to manually scrub and scrape that off in order to see to drive. Cool. I swapped the license plate frame out immediately because I like the vehicle so much. More

Not trustworthy I went in for the sales event with a short amount of time. Long story short, Autumn all but promised an additional gift card if I gave them more time I went in for the sales event with a short amount of time. Long story short, Autumn all but promised an additional gift card if I gave them more time than I originally planned which I ended up doing. I spoke with a salesman and did a quick test drive. I got his card and asked him to reach out to me later that day but wouldn’t have more time to get into numbers right at the moment. On my way out, I asked for the gift card, but Autumn was not only unwilling to do that, she was rude. This isn’t the first time that I have had issues with the dealership’s honesty. I bought a vehicle from there in 2016, and I had issues then. Since lack of trustworthiness seems to be a repeating issue, I do not plan to go back and I strongly urge all others to use a better dealership which should not be difficult to find. More
