Called Monday morning and service advisor told me to bring it in. Dropped it off around 8:00 and they give me a ride home. The driver received phone call from the service advisor who told me estimated price and I approved. Got home and received phone call around 11:00 that it was ready. More

Terrible dealership My experience with the Russ Darrow dealerships has been terrible, this one in particular. I called ahead after one of their other locations suggested My experience with the Russ Darrow dealerships has been terrible, this one in particular. I called ahead after one of their other locations suggested I go here since that store didn't want to "take a loss" on transporting the car I wanted to them. (Nick of Russ Darrow Mazda Greenfield said this). So I called ahead before making the trip making sure the car was there. Salesman Jose confirms vehicle is there and we schedule an appointment. I get there and test drive vehicle and Jose gathers all of my information to present to his General Manager Dean. Jose comes back to me making it seem like a deal was going to get done as he mentions to me "my manager is just going over numbers to get you the right payment for you." I was kept there for 3 hours only to be told a deal can't get done. They made me feel like a deal was going to get done and ultimately it didn't. Dean comes out and tries talking down to me suggesting I had poor credit and needed a SUBSTANTIAL amount down in addition to my trade in. The significance of this is I brought my coworker in to this exact location in 2018 and Dean was rude and racist towards her. I recorded the interaction that day because I felt his demeanor and smug attitude at her mentioning it's tough to pay more than she had budgeted for towards purchasing her new car being was a single black mother working two jobs would be tough and I was going to report him. I still have the recording of that day. Ultimately she didn't buy from there and we went and got her a car up in west bend. The "Darrow difference" is basically treat people like crap. Lie to the people to get them in the door, and run their credit a lot of times. Terrible management and salesmanship. More
