I could hear the bumps but I could not feel the bumps. The personnel at this dealership were very congenial ... our salesman Chris was very knowledgeable of their product and options available- he showed us a vehicle that had a coating option we took after his demonstration of burning paint on the hood and wiping it off. We decided to go to Russ Darrow of Milwaukee (by Good Hope & Hwy 45) because they had good offers on their website and their was a Toyota dealer nearby. We walked into the dealership and met with Warren who was very helpful and friendly. Their team made such a good offer that we didn't bother going to look at the Rav-4. He also helped us refinance one of our other vehicles. Very satisfied with the whole process. More

Not great We found a car they had so we began our 5 hour drive. This was short notice so we got approved through our bank on the way for the loan. We called the dealer to verify a proof of payment would suffice as by the time we arrived our bank would be closed if we did want the car. The dealer promised this would be fine and they would be able to do that. However when we arrived they said they never promised that and that they would have to refinance us there. I asked if this would hurt our credit and they promised that it would not in any way damage my credit. The next day I found out that they lied and it did damage my credit score. We went for a test drive and it went fine with the exception that the tire pressure light came on. They said they would put air in the tire and make sure it was good for us to drive home. We got there very late in the day and had a 5+ hour drive back home and both my wife and I had to work very early in the morning. They assured us the whole process would only take "20 minutes". Over 3 and a half hours later we were still being told "oh, it will just be a little longer". They apologized but honestly I would have appreciated some honesty knowing in front that it would take a very long time instead of lies and apologies. When we finally left and drove home, about 30 minutes into our long drive, the low tire pressure light came back on and the tire started loosing pressure. Even though they promised us they fully checked out everything and that it was "fine". We had to stop every 30 minutes on our drive home to keep adding air to the tire to safely make our trip back home. We wanted the process of buying this vehicle to be an enjoyable one. Instead we had a very negative experience with Russ Darrow Mazda of Milwaukee. More

Misquoted price, rude behavior Spent 6+ hours at the dealership for a new Mazda CX-5. The first quote that I got was miscalculated. Only found out the miscalculation at the time o Spent 6+ hours at the dealership for a new Mazda CX-5. The first quote that I got was miscalculated. Only found out the miscalculation at the time of finalizing the lease contract, which obviously increased the amount. Accessories were quoted for a price, but after installing them, shop labor charges and environmental fees added. $60 to install safety bolts ??!! I don't fault the sales guy (Alejandro) for not knowing the costs and details completely; however, I do take notice when they are not polite or tend to use condescending tones. If I had unlimited money, maybe I wouldn't be careful the costs. Now, this takes the cake. I finalized the deal a couple of days ago, signed the contracts and all, and asked to pick up the car on Friday. On the day of signing, vehicle mileage was 66. On the day or pickup, it jumped to 181. No explanation on how or why it happened. I'm hoping they will correct the lease contract at least. Finally, Adam - letting me know in no uncertain terms that I was being a jerk for questioning their calculations and costs, and claiming that the dealership lost money by selling the car to me. Total disrespectful tone. Was their finance department sleeping when they sold the car? What do they get out of making such outrageous and false claims anyway?? Way to burn your bridges : ) My advise: be careful, look at your cost options and calculations carefully. Maybe its just me, but I want to upfront cost and I care about the money I spend. More
