Got a nice new car I went to the dealership with an idea of what I wanted and was almost immediately shown a car that met all my requirements. Redemption Bought an old van, had a ton of issues. Took it back multiple times and something always seemed to leak. The team was happy to show me all the different color combinations I wanted to see, explain the various trims and available packages, etc. At that same time, I never felt pushed into buying, and was even encouraged to go for a test drive at Honda as they felt confident I would be back. Negotiations were very fair and professional and I feel we got a great price. There were a few things that couldn't be finished the evening I bought the car, but Adam and the rest of the team were incredibly receptive and responsive, and Kevin even delivered the car to my work after it was ready. I could not be more happy with my new car! More

Let's make a deal We went to look at upgrading our vehicle. We were able to walk around the lot and look at the vehicles without a sales person hovering over us. When we finally did see someone we all said hello and we got his name and kept looking. When we didn't find the exact vehicle we wanted to see, we simply found Kevin and he brought the vehicle inside for us to look at. before we left on a test drive we told Kevin what we needed from him and asked to have that information when we returned. (we are not fans of car buying because it's generally an all day project at a car dealer) We returned and Kevin had some numbers for us which we declined. he went to Adam O'Brien and came back with new numbers which were again declined. Adam came over and was very nice and professional and worked with us to get to a number we could all work with. This whole process (after the test drive) took legitimately 10 minutes. Waiting for Josh from financing took a bit longer because there were so many people purchasing vehicles that day. Josh was very easy to work with and he got us out of there quickly. Overall, it was a very good car buying experience where they didn't badger you nor did they keep us there trying to sell us all kinds of extras. More
