Russ Darrow Mitsubishi - Service Center

Issue resolution. Came into the service center with 2 issues. The first was a possible problem with the battery that wasn't even 3 years old. They tested the battery Came into the service center with 2 issues. The first was a possible problem with the battery that wasn't even 3 years old. They tested the battery and charging system (several time) and it came back with the same result each time, that the battery was fine. The second issue was a problem with the brakes, and after examination, they found that one of the rotors had frozen up, there was a weak hose, and the rest of the brakes also needed work. They put together the best package that they could for this senior citizen, and I will be returning on 8/29 to have them repair the brakes. More

Darrow Mitsubishi Had to take outlander in due to transmission problem. Ray was very easy to deal with and apologized for the delay. This was during July 4th week.
