I have tried on several occasions to get ahold of a Charles that is a service writer and yet have not heard back from him since September 25 2019. So then I have two phone messages in now with a Paul lecher and he is the service manager at this location. STILL NO CALL BACK! More

The customer service satisfaction reviews are not anonymous and if you have a bad experience and tell the truth about it, this man will track you down and intimidate you. If you complain about it to his superiors they will shrug you off and tell you that he’s a loyal hard worker and good help is hard to find. More

Not consistent labor price. I went for oil change last april. It was very good experience. I was told to change the rotor and brakepad next time. This time it was good. I changed the oil and rotor and brakepads. I don’t have any comments on service but the pricing. I paid 15$ for labor last time for oil change and it went to 30 (100% increment). I found it after i compared last time’s receipt. More
