The service manager called my aftermarket warranty company to get everything cover I brought my vehicle here because I was having transmission issues. I brought my car back and was put in a rental right away. I was able to pick my car up the next day! I couldnt believe how quick and efficient the whole process was! I requested a full synthetic oil because it’s better and there was modest upcharge from the standard oil. The advisors are very nice and the lounge/waiting area is very nice. Met the service manager too and was impressed...a real car truck guy that’s been in the business a long time. I am glad to have a Nissan dealership in West Bend! More
