Never enjoyed waiting for my vehicle as much as I did today! From the time we entered the service bay to the time we left with an immaculate and well serviced vehicle, we never stopped being impressed with the p From the time we entered the service bay to the time we left with an immaculate and well serviced vehicle, we never stopped being impressed with the people we met. Tyler was waiting for us inside the service area. Checking in was hassle-free and quick. We met Melanie in the customer waiting area, and she jumped right in to help us make some coffee(it was a fancy coffee machine we had never seen before. She spent the entire time we were waiting with us. She showed us around the dealership, talked about the 2018 Pathfinder and Murano, showed us the service area where we could watch our 2015 Pathfinder get serviced, and washed. We are really looking forward to working with this dealership when our current ends. The Pathfinder is our vehicle of choice! More

At no time was I pressured to have more work on the vehicle which could have caused higher expenses. While I waited for my vehicle, everyone insured I was comfortable and had a drink of my choice to relax within a clean, noise free reception area. I had been experiencing problems with the key entry system which was repaired at no expense. My vehicle was washed and cleaned prior to returning it to the clean reception area. I would recommend this service to anyone with any type of vehicle. More
