Best Customer Service Ever After dealing with several other Ford Dealerships for over 2 weeks and getting nowhere. I called Russ Milne and was connected to John Russo. Sales Expereince is great but Service depart is horrible Buying and getting the vehicle is always a great experience easy and quick, But If wasn't for my salesman Frank I probably would of not been back. Where this dealership needs to Improve is the service depart 3 hours for oil is unacceptable should be able to schedule a appointment time we all work and have busy schedules. And if Vehicle is under warranty less the 36000 miles should not charge you to look at it. when I came to this dealership everything was awesome but lately the service depart is letting me down they already have 3 strikes against them. so If things don't change be taking vehicle somewhere else and probably buy there also.
