Great Service! Although I was disappointed to see my Sonic had an oil leak at 34500 miles, the service department did a great job with the warranty work. Not only did they fix the oil leak, they spotted a coolant leak and repaired it also. The job was done quickly (dropped off on Monday and picked up on Tuesday) and professionally. Chris Couch did a great job explaining the issues to me and making me still love my Inferno Orange Sonic! More

Be Cautious I drove from GA to AR because the price on a CPO 2013 GMC 2500 HD was attractive. The Finance Manager was a good man; I can't say the same the same f I drove from GA to AR because the price on a CPO 2013 GMC 2500 HD was attractive. The Finance Manager was a good man; I can't say the same the same for used inventory managementt. The truck was advertised as equipped with a bedliner. That was true, but on my drive back to GA, I discovered as I drove, the bedliner rose out of the bed so much, I had to stop and pick up bags of stone to weigh down the liner. When I got home, I did research on the bedliner mfg. website, and to properly install the liner, four clips needed to be installed. I noticed the slots for the clips were not attached to anything, and further inspection revealed that two automotive-type sheet metal screws were drilled through the liner into the rear posts on each side, near the tailgate of the truck. Once I removed the two screws and removed the brand new liner (sticker on liner indicated mfg date of MAR 2015), I noticed numerous holes had been drilled through the bed, paint was removed on the wheel wells, and the dust that had settled revealed a picture - the bed was drilled to install a 5th wheel attachment. That is what a 2500HD truck is designed for, but I find it hard to believe that the person who traded the truck installed the bedliner. One would expect that a GMC dealer would check such in order to truly "certify" a vehicle to meet the guidelines of a pre-owned GMC vehicle. What troubles me more, is that I left a voice message for the used inventory manager on a SAT when I arrived back in GA, and it's now WED eve of the week after, and I've yet to have my phone call returned. More
