Katie my Sales Rep went above and beyond to make things right! She was phenomenal! I think this should have been something the intake team could have done a better job of checking considering we purchased a used Ford from a Ford dealership. Wasn’t fun having to go through all this with a 3 year old in the back…However, Katie drove where we were to offer cold AC while we waited HOURS for a tow truck to come get us (we broke down on the tollway). Katie was there with us each step of the way to provide nothing but positivity in a messy situation. She even personally delivered the vehicle to my house. The only way I’d be back is to purchase a vehicle with Katie. She’s the best! More

I haven't bought a vehicle since 2013 and Russell and Smith Ford made it as painless as possible. Going from no car payment for years to buying something new (used 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe) was a stressful Smith Ford made it as painless as possible. Going from no car payment for years to buying something new (used 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe) was a stressful idea for me and they made the process as easy and as transparent as a car dealership can in my limited experience. I found the car on True Car. There was a "dealership rebate" of 1000 dollars which they didn't honor but Im not sure how those logistics work. That being said, I totally recommend them from the standpoint of ease and some of the least pushy people I had dealt with in my search for a car. I would definitely buy from them again. More
