Very dishonest Finance Manager, and the General Manager - I was told that I could cancel the Extended Warranty at any time and get a refund...after purchasing the EW and paying for it with my credit card bec I was told that I could cancel the Extended Warranty at any time and get a refund...after purchasing the EW and paying for it with my credit card because I didn't want it to be part of my loan payment, even though he convince me to added to loan contract but said it not part of the loan - that should have been a red flag for me then - after a week without ever using it I decided I was going to cancel it. I talk with the finance manager about cancel it, and, he told me I had two options to cancel it...one option was to get a refund, but, it will go toward my loan balance, which will reduce the amount I owe...and my other option was to refinance, and, I will get the refund back after refinancing. I told him he never discussed that with me, so I requested to speak with the general manager, and, after explaining everything to him, I told him in good faith that I should receive my refund back to my credit card, but, he agreed with the finance manager said there's nothing he could do. I asked for a copy of the terms and conditions, it says, “You may cancel this Agreement at any time and for any reason, and you will be entitled to a refund from Us, as described below. (1) If We or the Selling Dealer receive a written cancellation request, on or before the 30th day from the Signature Date and no claim has been filed under this Agreement, this Agreement will be void, and You will be entitled to a refund equal to the full Purchase Price You paid for this Agreement.” Because I don't trust them anymore, I refinanced my loan, but I haven't gotten a refund for my credit card.
