This was a small gesture, but was not expressly required of them. It just goes to show that they will take the extra step to help out the customer. More

I recently purchased my 1st Honda. The initial shopping experience was above-average, regarding customer service during my sales and financing transactions. However after purchased, I received numerous text messages from my sales person requesting my completion of a Honda survey despite informing him that I was currently visiting my adult son, who I rarely see. Staying true to my word I completed the survey and confirmed to the salesperson that I’d completed the survey. But to my surprise I did not receive a quick reply of gratitude. My second and most recent experience occurred August 2025 with the service department for tire repairs utilizing the tire protection program. I was informed by a service technician that I would need to purchase two rims with a total of 775.00 after accessing assistance of the tire program. I expressed to the advisor that I had loss in my family causing unexpected financial expenses this month. Therefore, I asked the advisor if a rim replacement was a necessity or their cosmetic suggestion. Therefore advisor replied reporting “It is not maintaining air”. Long story short, the service department only test the rim defective tire by adding air and not testing the new tires using the previous rim. After consulting outside source the minor rim damage pose no damage to the replaced tires. Apparently the Honda service department’s primary focus is monetary gain without consideration of their customers. I recommend getting a second opinion due to their self-gain mentality. More
