Tried to make it right and succeeded My car was at the Russell and Smith Collision Center having bodywork repairs. After I got the car back, the next day the car was dead. Relatively quick and easy. Came in for simple oil change. I explained to the agent that I don't use my vehicle much, and didn't want him coming back to tell me I needed hundred Came in for simple oil change. He calmly stated yes ma'am I understand. He told it would take about 45 minutes, and in 45 minutes he came to tell me I was good to go. Very pleasant hassle-free experience.
