Inflexible and not friendly. It seemed like I was going to have a great experience based on the friendly and helpful contact with the receptionist who answers the phone. However, from the moment that I walked up to the service rep, it was downhill from there. He was not friendly and certainly not accommodating. I used the term inflexible.
